Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in line with the UK consumer law. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Custom or commissioned artwork cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
How to return
- Contact us at info@adrianamusatart.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
- Please ship the item back securely, using tracked delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Damages items
If your artwork arrived damaged, please email photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist quickly.
